We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to the collectible nature of our items.
However, if your plush or item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange for the same item (if in stock). Just contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Yes, if the item is damaged or defective, we offer exchanges only. Please email us at info@fantasiamoon.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
In-stock items: Ship within 5–7 business days.
Preorders & Kickstarter items: May take longer depending on production timelines (estimates are listed on each product or campaign page).

Yes, we ship to select international destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes. We do not mark packages as gifts or under-declare value.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fantasia Moon. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your items for a refund or exchange.
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number from USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
If your package is marked as delivered but can’t be found, please check with your local carrier or neighbors.
Fantasia Moon LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered, but we’re happy to assist in filing a claim if needed.

No — Exclusives, Limited Editions, and Kickstarter-only items are Final Sale and not eligible for exchange.
We ship all orders from our studio in Fort Mill, South Carolina (USA).
We do not offer cancellations once an order is placed, especially for limited or time-sensitive releases. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
