1. Fulfillment Timeframes

We strive to process all in-stock orders within 5–7 business days of purchase.
Preorders and Kickstarter items may take longer due to production timelines, which will be clearly stated on each product page or campaign update.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

3. Carriers Used

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and carrier rates. We do not charge additional handling fees.

5. Combined Shipping

Orders with both in-stock and preorder items may be shipped together when all items are available — unless otherwise requested. If you wish to split your shipment, additional charges may apply.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Fantasia Moon LLC is not responsible for loss or theft.
If your tracking shows a delay or delivery error, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee carrier performance.

7. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email support@gloomridgemanor.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Packaging photos (if applicable)

We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, subject to availability.

8. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply. We do not mark shipments as gifts or under-declare value.

Delivery time for international orders varies widely (typically 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs).

9. Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you need to make a change, contact us immediately — we may not be able to modify an order once it has shipped.
